One of the best hotel experiences by far! Everything is of quality at this hotel. The staff is polite, helpful and efficient. The rooms are cleam and very comfortable. The room amenities are perfect and much appreciated. Access to the spa is a very appreciated bonus. I would definitely return.

We really liked our experience at OTL Saguenay. We were able to check in ahead of the published time. Access to Paus Spa was the most pleasant part. The hotel and rooms are clean and in good condition.
