I arrive to pick up my computer parts which arrive from neweggs, Polurator is at your place I am stupidly told by an employee of yours why I buy there and to be told that I should have looked at the price at your place before buying because you are supposed to match your prices which is not possible. Understandable that the parts are more expensive... if I know better I will get my parts online myself.Result I get a part that is $40 more expensive than online they don't want to add the price...I prefer to encourage this courtesy.

The after-sales service is deplorable. Some technicians at the repair shop are not courteous. When it is noted that the computer sold has problems, you are no longer welcome to ask for explanations.I do not recommend this store.

My returned a hard drive so noisy and did not want me to replace it with another that I would have to pay the difference if necessary. This hard drive was not even 1 month old I had the invoice. Clerk's response: Sorry I can't hear anything I can't do anything. Ask for your product boxes as well as your serial numbers. I bought them a 175 dollar power supply, 275 dollar memory, windows license and not to mention the rather expensive time and for a hard drive you just lost me as a customer. Long live amazon you can't go back there, once sold you stay with it. I encourage you to support Amazon.

I recommend this store to those who are afraid of nothing. I missed a product because of a USB cable, it cost me, shall I say, 3 months of work and play. I have more to say, but I am silent... I I had a new product as a replacement, but not the... little extra that justifies three months of nothing at all. Why not get an extra screen, + small and that we paired as a guarantee, I would have taken it! If nothing is done, I leave this notice as is, but I think someone has... Forgot me! Naive that I am! We'll see, some free software, game accessories, coding books, some cool stuff. A sorry and a replacement, for a loss of 3 months... I'm here!Advice: Give a max, of what you have in drama-drama cases nothing like mine. I would like to give you a nice 4 1/2, but... There you go! I passed the website that I semi-built and died with. Ha Ha! May luck protect you, and... To the guy who sold me my USB cable! Sorry, we haven't seen each other again!
