I really love the store prices, however I was trying to buy a kit of pijamas for 10 dolars 2 pieces. The seller fooled us and sold it for 20 dolars, so she tried to explain her mistake because we saw what she did. The price was in TAG 20, however the promotion was 10. She refused to fix her mistake and called her manager, her manager told her that she was wrong on our face, and she still refused to give us our money. Sorry for the 1 star, normally the store is 5 stars, however the store seller made me regret. Even if she fixed her mistake, she was still telling that we were wrong and ignoring her manager affirmation. She was very rude. Again, me and my wife love the store items and prices, but the store workers made me regret to be even there. We complained to the client services and will complain on "office de protection au consumateur". I jist gave 1 star because her manager was on our the promotion and costumer side, because if wasnt for that I would give 0. Or 5 stars if you fire this worker. Please contact me to get details of her. It is not the first time this worker disrespected a costumer as the security said. Hey manager I will change my review if you do something. Because it was very unfair and disrespectfull. I am not made that she tried to rob 10 dollars. I am mad, because even if her boss told the truth, she still tried to fool us.@Edit/Update: The manager came to us Very professionaly, gave us the best excuses from the behavior of the manager assistance. We were very very well received, at first I was afraid, right after, I was feeling like home. And of course I bought more pijamas for my wife.Thank you for the help and for the acknowledge of the error that was made by the manager assistance.And again, this store has always good prices and now good employees.
