“It was the first time I went to the toy gallery in their new location in Chicoutimi. I was charmed from start to finish. As soon as I entered the store, the presence of small baskets for children excited my daughters! We were then welcomed warmly and were well guided to find the desired toys. The variety of toys is incredible. The decor is a dream for children as well as adults who have kept their hearts young. (Special mention for the painted railway track on the ground that my daughters were happy to walk along!). And I particularly appreciated the kindness with which I was offered a room to feed my baby when she started to cry. The room in question is perfectly comfortable, with all the amenities for breastfeeding or bottle-feeding, and equipped with soft lighting... wow! A moment of absolute relaxation after the excitement of shopping! In short, a truly 10 out of 10 customer experience, with employees attentive to our needs. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!”
