“(Translated by Google) First in-store experience for an online purchase return. Wonderful experience! I was well received, they took the necessary time with me to try to find my prom dress in the right size in all Laura branches as well as in the warehouse. Unfortunately, the size above is no longer available. The person in charge on site left a note on my invoice to give me additional time to return to allow me to assess the situation, whether I decide to bring the dress back or have it adjusted by a seamstress. Impeccable customer service! Merci beaucoup ☺️”
