“The web site is pretty awful to navigate especially when it comes to making a payment. Never did get it to work even after entering my information several times. So I was skeptical to even call them. But, I did and it was a much different experience. The guy on the phone was pleasant and knowledgeable. He found the items I needed quickly and completed my order (new magneto for an 86 Yamaha Moto 4). He gave me a 15% for no reason and committed to 2-day shipping free of charge and I just laughed. No way would it get to me that fast. To my surprise, it showed up on day #2 and I installed the unit. Worked perfectly! I’m very pleased. If they can work out their online part of the business, they’ll certainly increase orders.”
