I have banked with RBC for decades and cannot believe how bad customer service has gotten. It is absolutely impossible to get in contact with anyone at a branch by phone. After being on hold you get someone working from home who is the go between in the conversation and texting the person at the branch. It's ridiculously bad.

It is impossible to speak to an actual person when you call and the automated AI system is terrible. I do all my banking on line but can not find the answer to my questions there either. I am moving my money out to a bank that values personal service.

Listed open on Google and they have changed their opening hours. It's very disappointing to travel more than 10km and face a closed door.

Terrible phone service.Not even able to speak to an agent without a customer card.I just opened my account, I haven't received my card yet.
