What a wonderful fromagerie on the Eastern Townships Cheesemakers Circuit! Definitely a place you'd want to stop and linger, just like I did. Excellent selection of cheese and non-cheese products in a well merchandised store.

Just amazing, the tour guide was so friendly and conversed in both french and English for the group. The hour long tour was very educational and interesting. I loved all the cheese from the tasting as well as the purchased grilled cheese sandwich which comes with maple taffy spread.

A tasting of seven cheeses, all superb. Bought three of them. And lots of other fantastic items for sale as well. There is a maple brut that is a wonderful aperitif. Drinking it right now.
