L'Érablière du Village is a well-hidden gem in Compton, a beautiful little restaurant that focuses on tradition and local discovery. The cuisine is tasty, delicious, and excellent homemade cooking, featuring classic dishes that taste like heaven. The menu includes original maple season offerings, such as a delicious classic poutine, pulled pork sandwich, ham and cheese crepe combo, and incredible maple churros. They work with local producers and offer a nice selection of local drinks, beers, and maple lemonade. The staff is warm, welcoming, and provides impeccable, friendly service. The atmosphere is perfect with a very pleasant outdoor setting near a fire, making it a place worth the detour.
Beautiful trails in the maple forest - perfect to build an appetite for an amazing poutine & beer. We had the whole place to ourselves. Clearly a hidden gem that deserves a lot more attention!

First visit and I hope there will be more! I tried the classic poutine which was delicious with a pogo mustard and homemade ketchup, great service too, we were able to eat outside, a very nice site, thank you!!!!
