Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would.Package pickup between 8:30 and 5:30 Monday to Friday... in 2022? Really? For people working from home I guess it works out but most of us don't have that luxury so we need to miss work to pick up our things.If you get there a few minutes before closing time, you're definitely going to be denied service. I even called to say I would be there probably at 5:29 and asked if there was any way I could still get my package because it was urgent. I was told "yes, yes! no problem!" when I got there the door was locked and I was told "come back another time", even though the clock hadn't even struck 5:30 yet.Staff is overall very rude and slow. This post office needs to get with the times and also train their staff a bit better. I hope to never have to deal with them again, I've actually put in a request that all my packages be sent to another location if I'm not home to receive it.

I showed up to get info on delivery times with the parties and the lady at the counter was the most disrespectful person I've ever met. Getting insulted for being impatient when I just wanted info. And being told "well it's not my problem sir if you don't have your package in 2 days. Next time you just don't have to do business with us" it's unacceptable I understand with the holidays that there may be delays I would have just like to have me say it nicely since I paid $15 for fast delivery
