It has a little bit of everything, and good location. As for boutiques, there is Winners, jewelry shops/kiosks. There is a theatre, business offices, government offices, a Filipino restaurant, Avanti Spa, and Victoria park lab. Just outside in the same parking lot there is a good pizza shop. You can order a pizza or buy their frozen pizza and heat it yourself at home.

Large and many shops but it lacks signage and more information on the shops that can be found would encourage people to go there. In my opinion!

Easily one of the worst malls in all of Montreal, if not the worst. The bathroom is traumatizingly filthy. It seems like the only thing you can get there is coffee and COVID shots. The Winners, Dollarama, and stores that sell knockoff brands are the main attractions.. that should tell you everything you need to know.

Limited parking, hard to get in & out. Medical clinics get most of traffic. Very few interesting stores or places to eat. Winners is there, guess thats the highlight. This mall needs a compete makeover or it will be hard to compete with over stores in the neighborhood. Lots of housing being build around and big plans for blue bonnet site. It needs to do better!

The weirdest mall I've ever been to. It's got some useful businesses and services but it feels so dead in there.
They have an SAAQ and an Emploi Québec.

Charming mall, in that it's a 1980s flashback. Some services, like Service Quebec, an amazing, huge discount store. Clothes and more.

This place is old, shabby , mildew and dirt everywhere, shops look dead .. still it is surprisingly practical !!! Has all the places u need from Winners and Home sense to Dollarama , labs and doctors and even a SAAQ ! You'd wish they'd take more interest in making it look cleaner
