The workers and managers here are absolutely awful! Ive had multiple terrible experiences with different staff members. The gym itself is okay; clean, a good size, and they have lots of dumbbells.

The Éconofitness gym chains are the most terrible. It's a pandemic, and nobody can go to the gym. Yet the keep charging monthly fees on my credit card. A few months after February 2020, they offered 6 months for free as long as you continued your membership. To this day, if it wasn't for my cancellation, they would still be charging me monthly while it still being closed. I totally understand it's an pandemic and I agree 100% that gyms should be closed and that it's not the gym's fault for closing, but to be charging during closing is unacceptable. I contacted customer service and they couldn't give me much explanation.Anyway, they keep charging monthly, and they keep sending newsletters saying they will be giving free months? How? Where? Free months, while charging monthly fees? I think what they should have done was stop the monthly fees and then restart 6 months AFTER they reopen. That sounds much better! They tried to make me an offer, but unfortunately I was unable to get a refund or any compensation for the loss. Before the pandemic, there was this rude staff (F), I believe she was Asian. It was slightly raining and when I walked in she said "GO REMOVE YOUR SHOES", and I... not knowing the rules... "Why really?". She got super pissed at me and said "COULD YOU NOT SEE THE SIGN". I was so disappointed by the way she reacted. Untrained, rude staff are the things that ruins customer experience!Would not come again! Would not recommend to anyone, unless you have a tight budget and don't want to spend a lot on a membership! I cancelled my subscription and I will never come again!

All the Econofitness outlets seem to be run by remote control or a computer program. The staff are untrained, ignorant, and with little sense of customer relations, they don't give a damn and/or are impotent to do or say anythingother than the "rules" or "sorry",and, suggest email head office. No response. The places are borderline unsanitary and likewise a major part of heir clients know nothing of proper gym "etiquette" thus rendering it totally unsanitary. Sweat covered machines, people standing around hogging equipment talking loudly on their phones, or just hanging out hitting up women. You get what you pay for, in this case worse than nothing.!Stay well away.

Clean, relatively quiet inexpensive workout centre.
