It’s not an IGA like the others. There are a lot of Jewish products there, naturally, so it's fun to buy another type of food from time to time.
You have to be careful with the dates (I found something expired)
The prices, it's better to get what's on special, otherwise it's a little expensive....like all IGAs.

Leaving my receipt in the self-checkout machine is apparently grounds to be chased to the exit by an employee and accused of stealing. This issue could be easily resolved by having enough staff on shift to ensure that there is someone who is able to devote their time to watching over the self-checkout, rather than needing to split their attention between multiple things, leading to situations like these. The employee was just doing their job—but it did still ruin my day, and I wont be back.

Monday I will report you to the manager of IGA treat your customers with respect and professionalism. I remain nameless on who he was. He will get a surprise Monday. Lack of respect for him

Great location; decent service; HUUUUUGEE kosher section. Probably the biggest I've ever seen in a Montreal supermarket. DO NOT SHOP HERE FOR BEER. You're literally better off going to a gas station :'-D (just not the one next door. They don't sell beer for some odd reason).

I would actually say that it can be 3.5 stars but my problem here is their pricing. They are clearly taking advantage of the pocket area filled with many who have money and as such, this local likes to jack pricing up especially when compared to other locations as well as grocery companies. Good part is the drive through.
People are reasonably nice and somewhat accommodating. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Kosher selection is pretty good but the pricing is beyond taking advantage of this is clearly an example of gouging and especially during holiday purchasing season. Often the raw chicken kosher and non kosher, have a sour foul smell and have had to return it as it was not safe to eat.
They used to sell a range of high quality pies that are kosher and then they switched to 10 times hugely inferior pies and like myself buying a pie here has gone with the wind for years. Why would they remove these pies for something from kosher quality is beyond me as they are horrible and disgusting.
At the end of the day there are plenty of grocery stores that are far superior but if your stick I the CSL area you don’t have much choose which I would suggest that you should shop outside of the area and go there for necessities.

A good store with a sufficient selection of kosher products at reasonable prices, a good selection of vegetables and fruits, drinks, and sweets. Excellent service at the checkouts, both classic and independent, sometimes my products are put in a bag, it’s nice, it’s also a convenient way to transport purchases to the car, I’ve never seen this before. I'm glad that there is such a service near my place of residence.I wish there were more promotions for my favorite monster energy drink...

Terrible experience. I go to this IGA all the time since I work in the building. Today they decide to accuse me of stilling. Unbelievable, they look into to my purse and receipt that I had thrown in the trash and the “manager “ or the woman who accused me try to find an excuse. I go to IGA all the time, there is one close to my Appartement that I go everyday after picking up my daughter from daycare and they are always very polite. I still can believe what juste happened. Never ever going to this IGA again.
