“My daughter’s computer had water leakage in her school bag and it left water marks inside the screen. Apple wanted to charge me minimum over $600 and up to open up the computer possibly up to half the cost of the computer! I said it was too much since the computer was still working and just the screen had some marks on one side. The girl at Apple said I shouldn’t leave it like that and that it could be dangerous for her to use it, trying to scare me into getting it done. When I said I might as well buy a new computer she recommended to buy the new Neo starting at $800!
I called Mobile Klinik in Sources Mall and spoke to Elan who told me to bring it in and he would put it in somewhere to dry out the computer for 2 hours. He opened it up and said the only way to fix it would be to change the screen but the image was not too bad so we will leave it for now, he agreed and didn’t charge me anything to do all the diagnostics. I will definitely go back if I have any issues with my other devices. Very happy with their service.”

I also bought new earbuds and usb charger at their store and the sound is ok, price good and for it's quality and the distant between my phone to my earphones can't go very far but it's fine aside of that.

“What a refreshing experience! Real honest, professional and friendly service is rare these days.
I was sure I needed to replace the battery for my iPhone 16 and I figured it was going to cost me $150 minimum with installation fees and taxes. And while I repeatedly said this to the owner he listened patiently as he started to dismantle and run a diagnostic on my phone - right in front of me, I might add.
His close inspection revealed the real problem: my charging port was full of dust and lint. He cleaned it, admonished me for not taking care of my phone and charged me $10 for his time.
Wow. Respect.

the gentlemen that do the diagnosis and servicing came back after 2 hours of waiting to tellbme that my phones processor or motherboard had water damage (meaning all my data is lost) but he tried his best trying to revive the phone more than 3 times hence the 2 hours wait, but no results, he came back gave me my phone. He explained what happened and did not charge me for anything as he saw that I was very concerned , I went to buy a new phone and I came back to pay him at least for the servicing and thanked him for his kindness , less people do that he was not willing to take any money from me and was very considerate
I vouch for this store I'm coming back for sure if I have any issues in the future”
