Service I received from one of the attendees was so bad! She was rude and didn’t want to help. I think her name is Maria. The other two pharmacists were nice and tried to make up for her lack of service. The only reason I will go back is because of convenience

Micro racism, especially at the pharmacy. Waited in front of a Caucasian attendant for 5 minutes but would not service, someone else had to take my prescription; she than immediately served someone. Waited for my prescription for 35 minutes before asking about my medication. Attendants made rude disrespectful comments. The few attendants that are respectful. We applaud you, you keep the customer service at this pharmaprix alive. Very disappointed.

Consider updating the opening hours on Google. Just got very rudely yelled at by an employee saying they close at 9:00pm when opening hours online say 10:00pm.

If I could give. ZERO for this pharmacy I would.3 employees in front of me and no one has the decency to say “Hello, I’ll be with you in a moment”Young 20+ Asian woman looks at me then diverts her eyes, 20+ black man, sees me, keeps filling water in a container, 50+ woman sits in the booth directly beside me and fiddles with a paper. I finally catch the man’s attention and he proceeds to tell me how busy everyone is.I KNOW employees are busy …BUT common courtesy, common decency would be to acknowledge me standing at the counter.It is not a coincidence that this stores rating is in the toilet.There are other pharmacies, I suggest in an age where you have the upper hand to put a sign out for customers to “respect staff” that you could do some self reflection and acknowledge us or WE will go elsewhere.

I am very disappointed with the vitamins that have a spoiled smell, this smell is similar to rotten garlic and onions together. I bought the most expensive Magnesium vitamins. I opened the package and there was this foul smell! I can't accept it! expiration date until 2027! but only the employees of this pharmacy know what’s wrong with these vitamins! who apparently stored them incorrectly!

I find it it shocking to have a pharmacy technician yell out that your prescription is out of stock.So now everyone in earshot knows about it.I guess Confidentiality and discretion is not important at this pharmacy.And when I try to speak to the pharmacist, it was not critical enough to make time to speak to me.And lets not mention that they seem to have inventory issues.
