I want to this branch today to reopen an account and the lady at the cashier was extremely rude, dismissive and unprofessional. She was rude from the get go, interrupted me and would not allow me to ask questions. She was an older lady (mid fifties) blond hair with thick black glasses . Throughout my entire life, this was the first time that I have received bad service from any branch/bank.I have a credit card with them and I have been their customer for many years. She scheduled me an appointment with them this coming Thursday but after this experience, I am reconsidering if it's even worth it to reopen my account with them. Based on this experience alone, I will not recommend anyone to come to this specific branch. I work in finance and I understand how important it is to treat customers with respect .

The most polite, kind, attentive managers, excellent specialists work in this and other branches of TD Bank, many thanks to the employees of this branch for their attentiveness and respect for their customers

Last week I booked an appointment to open an estate account for my late father - I told them at the time of booking that I had a limited slice of time between working full-time and taking evening courses. I had chosen this branch because it's close to my training kocation, no other reason. They were very friendly and assured me we could get it all done if we booked it for 5pm.So I arrived for that appt 10min early and they tell me to wait, fine. The person I was meeting got done helping their other client but then disappeared. After 20min of waiting I stood up and re-confirmed if there would be enough time to open the account. They said no, it's a long process. Better reschedule.In order to rebook they needed me to talk to the same guy I was meeting - how convenient, he's suddenly perfectly available for that. I said forget it, just cancel.No reason to work with a branch and institution that clearly takes my business for granted and does not respect my time.Even if TD wants you to think so, there's actually no rule that you need to open an estate account with the same bank as the deceased's account. I'll go elsewhere for sure.

I had an unpleasant encounter with the manager of this branch. Unlike when I visit other TD branches, in order to complete my transaction she had me wait unnecessarily for an employee to finish their lunch as if its a policy that only a teller can complete a transaction. When I go to other branches for this type of transaction, I regularly deal with the manager so either there is some incompetence or this branch is grossly understaffed. She then had the gall to ask for my confirmation number after I clearly completed my identification, again a situation I have never experienced before at TD. Visit another branch for better customer service.

Very bad service. I booked appointment two times even i walk in for appointment they booked it and next day they canceled it. Two times. What a irresponsible staff ?

Had a previous bad experience with an associate (had been waiting for a call back for months) when I called back they told me that associate was no longer working there so they transfer me to Zach, who did an amazing job. He's very friendly, explained everything clear and quick. Great customer service.

As I had a scheduled appointment to reopen up a SMB account. Only be refused by this branch. As TD 2 branches and this one promised once the fee is paid they can reinstate the account. Everything was in order for what they needed to open up the account. They were asking me numerous questions of why am I here to open up the account, despite that I had an account before. They were condescending asking why couldn't I open account somewhere else, even though they had my information prior. I've waited over an half hour while the advisor and the manager stayed in there office discussing God knows what. They were skeptical from the start. They came and asked me what does "transport vehicle mean"? I've stated it was logistics, even tho they had my enterprise Quebec papers in hand with the given context what I do.Once again I've waited again for over a good 15 mins To only refuse me for insignificant information. I couldn't believe it. The other excuses was that went branch to branch, hence the advisor told me to pay the account before coming in for the appointment. Ive said youre only keen on helping your own. Despite their rebuttal this action was definitely louder than words.I've went to speak to the manager of that branch Angelika Shaimieva who refused to open it. I tried talking, but she was being shrug offish like "uh huh, mmhmm and you're entitled to your opinion". I couldn't believe the level that professionalism was completely horrid. I was more disappointed of manager character and lack of ethics than more opening up the account.WARNING!!! Dont open a SMB account here. If you're not one of them they will kick you to the curb. Go to one that caters more individuals of ethics groups.

Went there to open an account. Everything was going good until the manager( a woman ) came to see me, looked at me with disgust and told me I could deposit money onto my account but that I couldn't withdraw my money for 30 days. I asked why? I've been with other banks in the past and never did the say that to me. Anyways, I went back 3 weeks later to the bank and while I was speaking with the cashier, the manager arrived and started to tell me that I needed to wait another month. It didn't make sense. I called TD and they didn't understand why. So I got tired of having money in my account but couldn't pay my bills. Closed my account and went to Desjardins. Never again will I do business with this TD branch.
