Unqualified staff at the counter. They installed tires with steel rims without sensors and didn't even offer them. And the wheel balance weights came off during the first winter.

I can't say enough about my experience here - the team went above and beyond to help us out! We got a flat tire while traveling in the area for the solar eclipse. Nathalie worked her magic to squeeze us in before closing and get us back on the road to Toronto in less than an hour. She even contacted me the next day to make sure we got home safe! I have a 2005 BMW Z 4, my little gem. I took a chance and took it to Denis Allard. I was served by Nathalie (what a lovely welcome) and my oil change was done on time with a very competitive price. I went back a few weeks later because the BM wasn't leaving! They only took a few hours to diagnose the problem which was located in the barrel. There are several garages that would have taken advantage of it to charge me the Total! I have a lot of trust in Garage Denis Allard and I recommend anyone to go there without hesitation.Congratulations to the whole team!

Excellent service and very fair prices. My partner went to fix a simple problem with a leaky tire and despite being very busy they took care of her and fixed her problem right away, even leaving her with a courtesy car while they repaired the tire.We plan to use this garage for all of our needs moving forward.
