Good morning,
You made an appointment with us by phone on July 22 for rustproofing on your Camry. We have given you a price minus the discount of the current promotion. You called us back at 11:42 a.m. on July 23 (your appointment being the same day at 1 p.m.) to tell us that in Longueuil, in another workshop, you had been offered rustproofing for $30 less. Timmy simply invited you to go get your rust removal done there.
We understand that you don't like driving to Longueuil and that your goal was for us to offer you the same price to avoid the road. This is the reason for this unnecessary and inappropriate comment.
