DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE; They are cons!
We were customers already and the first time we got an emergency so we were charge $100 CAD on top of the regular price ($350-$367) which made a lot of sense. Today we called again because due to the heavy raining our septic tank got full. This time this people wanted to charge $800 CAD! Their explanation was extremely unprofessional, “That’s the price this time”.
Do not get services like this!

I do NOT recommend AT ALL a total of 6 calls to the service, 2 times I was promised that someone would call me back, no invoice left behind, nothing at all. Ended up receiving it by email 3 weeks after the oil change. Never back. They were to check the sealed pit when the septic tank was emptied and phone me, never received a call and then I phoned 4 more times, 3 messages, no return. Disgusting service!

Highly doubtful false skeptic drain after checking. The technician did not leave the emptying confirmation copy required by the municipality and no copy of the invoice. This required 4 phone calls to customer service with no return call. Choose another company if you ask me.Service: Drain cleaning

Perfect place to find a job I had to do 50% of the work and they charged me the full price plus on the phone they asked me if I want to pay in cash I said yes and when paying the guys refused that I pay in cash why offer it then????Service: Drain cleaning

Employee not courteous, don't know how to talk to an elderly and fearful person, very unhappy with the temperature, gave me a bad opinion of the company, it's good because there is no competition and we have no choice .

Last year they came to empty my pit, $235 taxes included, perfect. This morning I call back for an oil change 295+tx $340 they winterized their trucks (they say) it's 18C outside. It's really rubbish to try to cheat the world.

Je dois dire que j'ai reçu un excellent service de la part de EBI Envirotech. Je les ai contacté ce 25 Décembre 2019 et ils ont sû répondre à ma demande. Oui le service m'a coûté plus cher qu'à l'habitude mais ils m'ont averti dès que je les ai contacté. Je devais agir vite étant donné que ma fosse était plus que pleine. Merci encore à Bruno!
