“I am speechless... a big thank you to sales director Philippe and the Park Avenue group. I had an issue with my insurance following a slip in the winter which caused me to hit a tree at low speed. My insurer did not want to fix the hood which went from 2 or 3 imperfections to 10 and more. They say it's stone chips and that the branches of the tree couldn't have done the damage. I was very upset about the situation, my new m340i looked damaged. Even though BMW had done a great job of arranging what the insurer wanted to pay, they offered me a great deal to refurbish the front end and compound the entire car. It's perfect, I can't believe it. A big thank you again, I’m so happy!! I went from being a dissatisfied customer to never going anywhere else hahaha.”
