I used to go to Mercier until I was sent to this one from the hospital. I had great experience everytime . Doctor and receptionist were amazing. I rather take the distance to delson for great service.

I came for information for a document to fill out for the saaq, the secretary was very kind and told me to make an appointment online because according to what she told me that yes here we can fill out your document but here it is on their site impossible to make an appointment for the type of request that I was just having my why not simply offer an appointment on site it takes less time than going to their site.

I will give my opinion, since January I have made an emergency appointment three times, I must say that I am completely satisfied with the service, the only negative point is the telephone wait which would be to be improved. I will add this thank you for the follow-up on April 2, 2024 thank you to the nurse, my family doctor and the 3 doctors I have met in the emergency room since January 2024, thank you,,,

My daughter was seen urgently by Dr. Chouinard. Super nice and attentive! He explained my daughter's condition to me well and took care of her to quickly get her back on her feet. Thank you to the whole team, I feel relieved ?? and well advised.

I went to this clinic 1 year ago, making an appointment was hell since you have to make them on the site, even if it doesn't work. Even today I try to make an appointment and on the website it is impossible to make one, even if they do it at 8:00 a.m. or 12:00 p.m. sharp. Seriously in 1 year, they haven't thought about changing their appointments.

If it were possible to put -100 stars, it would be done.First, if you have a family doctor at this clinic, it's more complicated than for someone who doesn't have one to have an appointment.You must CALL AND WAIT at 8:30 in the morning, have your situation assessed by a SECRETARY, and if you are lucky in the clinic lottery, maybe someone will answer before all the spots are taken. Otherwise good luck next time one day. For those who don't have a family doctor at the clinic... It's SUPER easy to make an appointment at 1:00 p.m. ONLINE.It's so bad it's therefore congested... The height of ridiculousness... so much time could be saved... Here is my conversation with the secretary concerning a very simple problem but which they must therefore complicate to be "By the book" at all costs . My problem could have been resolved in 5 minutes, the time to produce a little paper. But we like it wasting people’s time!!!!Things can go badly when you have to wait 3 hours in a waiting room for a problem that could be resolved in 5 minutes by email. You can be sure that the request for my file to be closed has been made.Ps: See the images of a conversation I had with the clinic for a simple health problem for which I needed a dermatology reference (a simple paper).In short, I know that many of us have no choice, we have the clinic and the doctor that is given to us, that is imposed on us. That's what happens.

The doctors are very professional, BUT! You can make an appointment only when you are in a good mood with the worker at the reception whom you can reach by phone (if you can get through). They are always sent to a website that shows that there is NEVER a queue! even if your child has a temperature of 40! I really want everything to change. I no longer complain about the fact that I can’t get a family doctor anywhere!

Zero stars: for the RV booking service.5 stars for my IPSImpossible to get the line for without an appointment or for a follow-up appointment. When you get the line, they don't have the schedule and when you call back on opening day, it's full. When you say it's urgent, we refer to the hospital or to the impossible-to-reach appointment... just terrible!!! I had to go private.
