The service at the laboratory is particularly long. The team is not organized and several employees are incompetent. Lack of professionalism. I am disappointed since the service at Jean Coutu in La Prairie is excellent and it is the same owner. The organization of work definitely needs to be reviewed.

Commis très gentille mais gérant qui refuse de faire un remboursement de 5$ pour des photos qui sortent mal et pourtant sur l’écran étaient bien visibles c’est très ordinaire. Surtout était une cliente qui a fait plusieurs commandes aux kiosques photos. Je vous recommande d’imprimer une seule photo à la fois afin de ne pas perdre votre argent.

Bad reception upon entry, I went one evening around 8:30 p.m. The security guy was on his cell phone leaning on the display near the cosmetician. The cosmetician looked stupid at me without saying hello. There was another employee who didn't say hello to me. I quickly looked to see if there was what I needed, I left without buying anything. The girl at the checkout didn't say goodbye to me when I said good evening. Uncourteous service.

Each visit gets worse and worse. We'll call you, don't leave a message or call back after we return, we'll take orders but they won't add anything to the file. Ordinary service but during some visits, you are asked a lot of unnecessary questions to identify yourself for renewal unlike many other retailers in the same chain. Worse than a credit check. And once the order is placed, you are asked the same endless questionnaire; We agree that by now there shouldn't be 100,000 customers with the same name present in the store. And no, it’s not narcotics that I’m coming to renew :-/
The pharmacist is stupid and refuses to help you with essential medications; which is contrary to his professional ethics.

The pharmacy calls me to tell me that they have received my doctor's prescription for my medication. I inform her that I still have some at home, she tells me that she will put it in the file. Yesterday my mother showed up to take said prescription following surgery. They make him wait 20 minutes to tell him, we don't have the prescription. In addition, when you call to speak to a pharmacist it takes 2-3 hours for a return call. For this reason I changed to go to Brunet in Delson. I only went to Jean-Coutu to accumulate and redeem my AirMiles points. But this Jean-Coutu has too many customers and not enough staff for the customers served. I was with Jocelyn Quinton (Walmart Chateauguay) before, the best pharmacist I had the chance to work with. But this Jean-Coutu Delson. THE WORST JEAN-COUTU of all the Jean-Coutus I've been to.
Monday I asked to transfer my file to the Brunet pharmacy.
Good riddance.

Each time the service is endless despite ordering online and not to mention when ordering for delivery it never delivers depending on the range select worst service ever. Don’t go to this pharmacy that you like to wait 1 hour for your medication…

I was there around 4:30pm on 12/29/2022 to buy coloring shampoo, with an instant discount of $4.00, the cashier forgot to apply the discount, I reported her forgetfulness and I apologized myself , my question is: Why didn't she immediately fix the little mistake? I'm still in line behind 4 or 5 people, and once I get to the cash register, she tells me that I have to go to the laboratory counter, it's really a lack of consideration for the customer.... I let fall....it only takes a little awareness and consideration.... Thank you very much.
