They could have simply returned my express order to me directly by noticing the error to respect at least their deadline of 5-8 working days and settle with their order sent to the wrong place afterwards. In short the product a good and of good quality but service is rotten. I have never seen that. On me répond ensuite que un tiers devait aller chercher ma commande à la mauvaise place et la ramener chez moi alors que ce n’a jamais été fait et qu’ils ne comprennent pas. Bref après de multiples courriels et d’échanges depuis 1 mois et demi environ alors que j’ai commandé il y a presque 2 mois (5-8 jours ouvrables sur le site) jamais reçu ma commande pourtant si simple!! Ne commandez JAMAIS en ligne avec le site pro circuit. Ils auraient simplement pu me renvoyer ma commande en express directement en constatant l’erreur pour respecter au moins leur délai de 5-8 jours ouvrables et s’arranger avec leur commande envoyée à la mauvaise place après. Bref le produit un bon et de bonne qualité mais service est pourri. Je n’ai jamais vu ça. Je dois toujours prévoir mes suppléments ailleurs en attendant sans savoir quand me commande arrive alors que le produit ne se trouve pas partout.
