I wanted to change a pair of new Michael Kors shoes I received as a gift without the invoice. The RUBINO box with code. Brigitte manager mentioned that they no longer use these codes written on the box for 7 years!!!!!!! I just want shoes in my size. Nothing to do... In addition to I don't care... I will never recommend your store again!!!!! Very disappointing!!

This store has managed to maintain the quality of its services and merchandise after covid.The store I used to shop at closed but I found one in Delson on the South Shore.The staff service was perfect. I've had several people ask me if I wanted help.I was looking for Nike shoes for walking but the majority of the models didn't have the size but I knew afterwards that we could still order them on site and that we could exchange them if they didn't fit.But I finally found a pair that is quite comfortable.There was a promotion for Mother's Day, I took the opportunity to treat myself to some beautiful shoes.Good choices and great brands!
