Arrived at the store 5 minutes before closing and had the door slammed shut in my face by the clerk who had just helped a client load her purchases into her car. When I told her that she was being rude she replied that her registers were closed and she didn’t care if she was rude.
It was not yet closing time. The store hours are clearly indicated on the door and it closed at 5:30, so her cash registers should have been open and the door should not have been aggressively ripped from my hand and shut.
People who don’t know how to deal with customers should not be dealing with the public!
