“I have been bringing my Mercedes Metris van, and my Audi S3 to this garage for a long time, and I can attest that the customer service and the Knowledge and expertise that the owner Mehmet provides is always top notch. Today, I brought my Metris for a problem with a window switch, and a noise from the front wheel. Within a half an hour, Mehmet had diagnosed the window problem as a faulty switch (water had gotten into it), and found the noise as a rubbing brake shield, which he quickly repaired in the heat in the parking lot of the garage. He could have easily charged me an hour of labor for the work, but In the end of all this, I asked him the charge, and he said "don't worry about it"

“I went to Autotech for an issue with my car, before they started changing parts as soon as I asked for an appointment they sent me a graph telling me the probable causes for the error. After some part changes the issues wasn't fully resolved I called them back and they accomodated me the same day. After a few part changes where the mechanic sat with me to ask the history of my car the problem is now resolved. They are very professional and will not go anywhere else to get my car serviced.”

Bought a new vehicle and called all the local garages, Mercier had a quote half the price of everywhere else, but they did not skimp on the quality of the work, they carried out the installation and balancing of the tires quickly and efficiently . They even agreed to repair an air leak on my vehicle (I accompanied my partner for its installation). Very reasonable price. Even lowered the price after telling me $70, they dropped it to $60 because I didn't have any wheel sensors (they could have said nothing and charged me $10 more, I would never have known ). They are transparent, available and honest and I would give them a job any day!”
