Mehmet diagnosed my AC problem quickly and precisely, low on refrigerant. He did not just stop there and fill it up. “I’ve been their customer for 4 years. The boss is an honest and professional man. Their price is very reasonable. The first time I used their service was 4 years ago when I had an accident. I compared their price against another insurance company designated body shop and their price was less than a half of that one. Ever since then I have become a loyal customer and I recommended them to many of my neighbors. The boss always reminds me of other places which need be repaired. I came to make my appointment and was greeted in a courteous and professional manner. The reception room was clean and well organized.
I thought my problem was serious. The advisor or mechanic explained to me that on my type of vehicle it is sometimes less serious. The team inspected my vehicle. They opted to change a few parts and my brake and suspension system works great now. All for much less than other quotes.

“I went to Autotech for an issue with my car, before they started changing parts as soon as I asked for an appointment they sent me a graph telling me the probable causes for the error. After some part changes the issues wasn't fully resolved I called them back and they accomodated me the same day. After a few part changes where the mechanic sat with me to ask the history of my car the problem is now resolved. They are very professional and will not go anywhere else to get my car serviced.”

Bought a new vehicle and called all the local garages, Mercier had a quote half the price of everywhere else, but they did not skimp on the quality of the work, they carried out the installation and balancing of the tires quickly and efficiently . They even agreed to repair an air leak on my vehicle (I accompanied my partner for its installation). Very reasonable price. Even lowered the price after telling me $70, they dropped it to $60 because I didn't have any wheel sensors (they could have said nothing and charged me $10 more, I would never have known ). They are transparent, available and honest and I would give them a job any day!”

Been going there for three years now, they go out of there way to help you, very honest people, they won’t over charge you or charge you at times if they feel it’s not fair, they would take in your car in the same day if you must even if they are over booked for weeks just to help you.
