I'm taking the time today because yes, it's not always perfect (especially ready to eat) but I had quite a service this afternoon. The lady at the fishmonger was busy on the phone with a customer cooking lobster I think. After only 2 minutes of waiting, the store manager came to serve me. (I wanted 2 live lobsters). Super friendly and helpful gentlemen who explained to me how to do it. (I consume like once a year). I asked him if the lobsters would survive my return on foot (15-20min) since it was hot!! He took the time to wrap them for me with paper soaked in water and get a deli bag from another department to also put them under ice. Thank you for this attention!! Customer more than happy!
