I had a really unpleasant experience with a staff member on the phone today. The lady's attitude was arrogant and condescending which is unprofessional. I don't know his name, but training on courtesy and politeness would benefit him.It seems that I am not the first customer to note the lack of manners among certain employees on your team, as evidenced by another review left on Google a few years ago. I'm not sure if this is the same person, but it might be wise to reconsider the roles within your team to prevent such behaviors from harming your customer base.The incident occurred during my call today, November 9, around 11:30 AM, which may help identify the employee involved.I sincerely hope not to have to deal with such attitudes in the future. Otherwise, I will be forced to choose another pharmacy where respect for customers is a priority.

I usually go to the Brunet a few blocks away, but for whatever reason decided to pick something up at this Jean Coutu.It was around noon on a weekday and there was no customers in the store. I had a simple yes/no question about a OTC medication and they told me I would need to wait at least 15-20 minutes and to have a seat in the waiting area.I'm not expecting immediate service, but a 20 minute wait in an empty store for a one word answer is ridiculous.I didn't wait and went to Brunet on the corner of 9th avenue and they answered my question, had a great attitude and didn't book me an appointment.Way to gain and retain customers Jean Coutu.

Stay FAR AWAY from this place if you're an Anglophone. Brunet Pharmacy is two blocks away. They are bilingual, more helpful, and much more friendlier.

Always have a good experience here. Remember this is not a massive pharmacy with food it does have all the essential health items though ans they are always helpful.Belle experience depuis plusieurs annees. Petite pharmacie pour tout besoin medical.

Very slow service and if you speak English they are very ignorant . They basically called me and told me.my meds were ready 2 days ago , I go yesterday she was extremely rude and thought I didn't understand french what bad customer services oh ya did Mention my 8 year old was standing there and understands french . Definitely switching to st Mart they are so much better and nicer !

Have less stock than the other Jean Coutu’s and you could never find the item you are looking for as they only carry certain items.Waste of time going to this Jean Coutu
