“We almost lost our boat trailer wheel and called it in for a tow. He took the time to find out about the breakage (broken berring), he asked us to send him photos and, afterwards, recommended that we go to NAPA to get the parts and have the repair done by ourselves. In short, we did not need towing because it helped us. Very generous with his time and advice.”
