Banque impossible à rejoindre, service à la clientèle manquant, les rappels ne se font pas. Graves manquements et comportements éthiques douteux, aucun suivi. La personne qui vous rappelle une semaine plus tard ne vous laisse même pas son nom (sur la boîte vocale) pour assurer un suivi. Conseil d'ami... faites pas affaire avec cette banque.

I believe this might be a great branch to visit from my experience with other National Bank branches. They are organized, well informed and are extremely helpful! Gladia and Ram were very helpful and provided a lot of guidance with our accounts. They would constantly check in with us to provide us with updates to our questions. They gave us the best service I have ever experienced at any bank!

Worst service ever..Long lineup for one costumer service employee!! The rest of employees are busy relaxing at thier offices..After all, They refused to give me a bank draft cause I came 3.15pmThey only do this kind of service from 10am to 3pm only!!! In the same time I went to RBC at 4.10pm and they did it right away.. Guess what they even didn't charge me for that..BTW, I don't have premium account at RCB, but at National Bank I'm a loyal customer since 2016 taking almost all kind of services they offered..Time to change that bank forever

Google map shows open till 20:00 on Thursday night. Actually it close at 18:00 at counter. Machine is close on 20:00! How can they run the business! Highly not recommend!

No working professional can make it to your bank without an inconvenience to them with these TERRIBLE opening hrs.Logical Solutions:- extended operating hrs past 3pm Mon- Wed & past 4pm on Fri.- open on Saturdays- Use digital transformation and Implement a platform where customers can conduct any bank business online or via an online meeting.

Customer for less than 2 years. I find the customer service deplorable in hindsight. There is an obvious lack of follow-up and professionalism in this agency. Latest example, I learned today that my advisor had not been with the agency for several months, and I was not notified.

Since summer 2021, they are closed on Saturday which complicates for people who are working during the week. At least they can be still open till 7 pm on Thursday.

Always a lineup. Inadequate amount of tellers working extremely slow, even to perform simple transactions. And long wait times.
