I’d picked up the wrong fit for an iPhone screen protector, returned a couple days later to get an exchange — the owner found the right one quickly and automatically refunded the difference even though I didn’t know there was one. Haven’t encountered such a knowledgeable and honest shopkeeper in a while, thank you Mr. Khan!

My friend went here and the guy did not tell the truth about the replacement part. He asked about if the battery was legitimately from apple and refused to show proof. Also the parts were bad quality.

Around a week ago I went to this place to repair my iPhone 13. I asked him atleast 5 different times if he used authentic apple battery and he said yes. After a day I called him and asked him for the receipt of the battery he ordered from Apple and got told he couldn't guarantee it was from Apple. And he also tried to charge me extra by claiming the screen had a problem. I got mad and got 50$ back and he didn't change the battery only the back glass and front screen. Would NOT recommend because he lied to me about the battery

I went to replace my damaged phone screen. He looked & said me im gona change your screen. If doesn't work you no need to pay me. Ill take back my screen. I went next day my phone was ready i touched! It was slightly slow. I asked him he said me it's not screen problem your phone hardware problem. I payed $97 & go home problem got worst. Next day i went asked him he said im technician im looking 50 phones daily. Your phone is old. Don't compare with what you have (other phone). There is nothing problem. I said him we used so many phones. We have basic knowledge. I SAID THANK YOU & LEFT THE STORE

I replaced an iphone screen recently and in less than a month it was defective. I asked to replace and i was told the defect was not covered by their “policy”. So, suggest to look for another place that provides more reliable parts and take responsibility.
