I had a terrible experience with Cadillac West Island. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered. They never answered the phone or emails. When they kept my car for a week to do maintenance on it and they failed to notify me it was ready. I had to call them to find out!
When I picked up my car, the initial problem wasn’t fixed, requiring another visit. Once I went to pick up my car a second time, they said all that was left to be done was an allignment on the tires and that it had been done before I arrived. To no surprise, the car was not alligned and I discovered this issue on the road, and again, they wouldn’t pick up the phone when I tried to reach out.
I do not recommend Cadillac West Island due to their lack of communication and very poor service.

I had a check engine light on and wasn’t sure what to do so I called the West Island dealership and they were very helpful and polite. They even offered to check it out for me so I would have peace of mind.

THIEVES, after 4 months of running us around, we are still being denied a refund for an extra month of rent that was overcharged by the dealership. We're talking about more than $600 here. Arrogant and incompetent staff, they only care about making sales. I would never recommend anyone to do business with this dealership. Unless you like being scammed.

Very bad experience at Cadillac West-Island. Salespeople are excellent at selling you your car, but after that, if there is a problem, don't expect to hear from them. Real “tank sellers”.
I changed Cadillac vehicles in June. The finance department did its job poorly, which meant that I found myself paying twice for one month (for the old and new vehicle). I tried to figure out the problem with GM Financial doing the debits from my bank account, and they told me it was the dealership's fault. I tried to resolve this with the dealership 6 times (from June 25 to September 11), without success. Twice I was given the excuse that the finance department was on vacation (beginning of July and end of August), and that they were going to come back to me. Vacations have a long back. So I called the dealership directly to speak to the finance department. We always come across a voicemail box that doesn't even have a programmed message. I was called back the same day, but since then, I have never heard back from anyone.
On top of all that, I had a chip on my brand new vehicle at the time of delivery. I immediately notified my seller, who never followed up to resolve the situation.
I am wasting my precious time for a situation that could have been resolved in less than 24 hours.
I'm refraining from naming the employees, but whatever, run away and find another dealership where you can buy your vehicle, because these are employees who only want your money and don't care about the problems you have after receiving your vehicle .

I had good service initially to lease my car. However customer service is horrible. I can't get in touch with anyone who can help me with my problem. I left many messages to M. Joe Ciccoria on multiple occasions for 3 months he doesn't call back. His e-mail doesn't work I get a message "back to sender". They are still charging me for a lease that is over. I tried calling their owner the Dilawri group no success on that end.
Will not return to this dealership or any Dilawri dealer in the future as they don't return calls and don't answer. I always get voicemail. All I want is to clarify the problem with them and find a solution.
Easy to get a salesperson on the phone but no one to help me with the issue.
