Why do people even still go there?
1.5 hours to check a tire losing air. It’s a joke.
Worst thing : their attitude. Mr know it all! Bad service, so I left.
Went to Pneus Unik. They took me with no appointment. And guess what : 30 minutes to fix it!!

I was into the store recently for a curb side pick up for some Christmas Trees I bought online. While at the store I also had to return one of the items purchased. I was helped through the process by Rihanna and she was an absolute gem. Kind and helpful and even helped me out again when I called a week later with questions about the return. Thank you Rihanna!

The manager from the auto service department was very arrogant and not customer oriented. He did not diagnose my problem or perform an inspection when I asked why my coolant level was low. Additionally, after damaging my car’s hood lift, he refused to acknowledge the issue and declined to repair it.

I went to return a Xmas decoration and I didn’t have the bill which yes is 100% on me. But the man helping me with the return was able to use my info to find the receipt to offer me a store credit . I asked why store credit instead of return if you can find the bill? He said cause this item is “open and used” … it was literally brand new, it didn’t fit where I wanted and put it back in the box right away. It was definitely not “used” and this isn’t even an item that can be “used” it’s just decorative. But it was $90 so I wanted to try to get my money back so I told him all that and told him u literally just need to tape the box back. The item inside is brand new. If I taped it myself back at home then brought it we wouldn’t even be having this discussion. So he agreed for a refund but could not find my receipt even though I gave him all info necessary and told me that the accounting team had to find the receipt and that he’d give me a call once found. It’s been a week. No call. I went back and the woman that was working said she hadn’t heard anything about this and that only the man that was originally helping me would have updates and that I had to come back … for a THIRD time with this big box… guys it’s almost 2026 and this is Canadian Tire. How ancient is your POS system that your accounting department needs to find the bill and how ancient are your workflows that only that 1 person knows the backstory and info to my situation? I’ve never heard of anything like this . So outdated. Still dont have a refund or store credit which at this point id even take to end this useless back and forth

I went to this Canadian Tire for a diagnostic on my Hyundai Sonata. They gave me a list of repairs totaling around $3,400, which was already much higher than other garages. They told me to think about it and come back if I agreed.
I returned the next day to speak with a supervisor, and the experience was very disappointing. He was unpolite and dismissive. He didn’t even look at me while I was talking—just kept working on his computer. When I said I would wait for him to finish, he said “No, just talk, I’m very busy,” which was very disrespectful for a customer.
I explained that I wanted to fix some of the repairs now and the rest next month, and he told me “do all of them or nothing.” He also said they were busy today and maybe they could do it tomorrow or the day after, without giving any clear answer.
Overall, the attitude was unprofessional, and they clearly didn’t care about customer service. I decided to take my car elsewhere. I don’t recommend this location based on my experience.

For a simple flat tire, they told me to leave the car and come back the next day. For a company literally called ‘Canadian TIRE,’ that’s pretty unreasonable. Not impressed with the service.

Do not trust their recommendations, and double check yourself. One of the guys in the auto section checked his computer and recommended spark plugs for my car. Bought them and found out later that they belong to another brand that had nothing to do with mine!
