I have had to supervise women from various countries for many years. This is the first time I have met such a petty, contemptuous and rude woman in a welcoming country. She shames truly caring people who receive their Quebec citizenship with pride, just like we do in Quebec. She clearly failed her integration course. I'm sorry for smiling and being kind to her, but we have to be like that in Quebec. It is in line with our values, respect, even towards strangers.
It should be a hiring criterion. Change it to a self-service junkyard, at least a machine doesn't insult you by willingly ignoring you with disdain.

Good for buying snacks, but I'm not sure if the tools for kitchen are good. I just bought like a cooking shovel (?) and it melted.. I was cooking a simple egg lmao. But everything good.

Very bad cashiers especially the Syrian one who wears the hijab. Not very welcoming she refuses to take my items she sends me to someone else. We would love to have machines like the Dollarama machines.

This branch of Dollarama is quiet and we can find a lot of little things at a reasonable price! It's not Dollarama anymore because nothing is at 1$! Today the employees was friendly and helpful.I recommend the Easter bunny decorations lovely and they have a lot of choice! The icing sugar is expensive , also their baking soda! I found a chocolate expired it was shocking for me!

This is a great dollar store incredibly clean and organized additionally as far as I know they offer plastic bags compare to others that don’t the cashier is a very elderly Indian lady who tries her utmost to deliver a great service and satisfy customers needs. Cheers ?!

Purchased a battery powered trimmer two days ago, when I opened the packaging it wouldn't work despite trying several different new batteries....when I tried to exchange it at this Dollarama, they wouldn't take it back - said the package was opened - I said yes, I opened it that's how I learned it was defective. Then they pointed to their no return no exchange policy - however in Quebec I do not believe such a policy is valid in the case of defective products. I recommend not to buy anything from Dollarama that is electronic, or that you cannot see 100% in-store that the product is functional, otherwise you may be stuck with a defective product. Very disappointed in Dollarama, I will be spending a lot less money here now that I know they don't stand behind their products.
