If there was an option for a “0” star review I would have selected that! The staff at the DDO Dollarama on Sources Blvd. was unhelpful and completely lacked any customer service/support. I purchased 5 gift cards and noticed that evening that one of the gift cards receipt’s did not show the gift card number and did not seem to have been processed correctly. When going there the next day to explain and show the differences not one of the 4 employees could help me.they quickly wanted me out of the store and told me to email the head office directly so they did not have to take care of the situation. There is so much more to this situation and I am beyond frustrated. I would never treat any client the way they treated me. Please be careful when shopping and purchasing gift cards at this location.

The cashier who works in this dollarama lacks respect and professionalism, she comes to complain at my son because he was putting something away. He just wanted to be of service. And the elderly Iranian woman shows up every time I go to the self-service I had taken a lot thing the machine got stuck. She told me you took too much stuff. well if we think like that dollara is going to go bankrupt because of you. There are cameras, no need to point behind me and tell me what to take if the cashier is tired, quit your job. The Customer is king

Absolutely rude staff! I wanted to get a few things and also a gift card but when I tried to pay for everything it was to expensive for me so I asked one of the ladies that was near the self check out to take my gift card off and she said “No that’s our policy and you should be more aware next time” I was asking her politely to just take it off because on how much everything costed. Then she started arguing with me! Absolutely disrespectful never coming here again 👎

Bought a screen protector and when I got home someone had completely cracked it, dollarama hid behind their no refund policy. It may be only two bucks, but they should take back items that they sell already broken unless they want people to open up sealed packages in their stores.

You can not return Electronic even if it doesn't work . Its the store policy of No returns to exchange. Its on the receipt. Lol

Bad staff after reading out the incident on FB about the mom who was followed out of the store - targeting customers they believe are stealing is wrong - let alone following out of the store, grabbing their belongings, making a baby unsafe. Hope to see some repercussions for this.
