I ordered a mattress with a spring box from this company, and I had very bad experience. Firstly they made a mistake for delivery date. It was supposed to be delivered on Saturday and on Friday they contacted me and said that I had a delivery on Friday. I had to reschedule everything to get it since I was too kind and I didn’t want the guy work for nothing. Then the truck came and I noted that they had wrong dimensions of the spring box. I then kept the mattress and didn’t take the box. Then I called the salesman and want them to re-send the box. He said he can send the correct box but I had to cancel my order and place a new one. So I trusted him and did it. He said the delivery can happen on that Sunday. Then the next day, another salesman called me and said that his colleague made a mistake so I could not re-order it since I kept the mattress. I told him every details and told him to figure out since I need the box. Finally, he called back and said that the problem resolved and I would get my box that Sunday. Today, I waited at home for several hours, and the truck came with correct box. However, the delivery person told me that I could not keep it since it was supposed to be an exchange. Another mistake! It was clearly communicated that I didn’t take the wrong size box during the first delivery!I didn’t know how they train their persons and their process was really bad. Mistake noted but nothing can be fixed on time. So disappointed with their service! Will not recommend this store to anyone!

Greg, my sales rep, was great. He made the whole experience for us. I went to a few other stores before and should not have bothered. Was not comfortable in them. Greg was great at helping us choose what we wanted and guiding us. Sales people are not always easy to deal with. However, Greg is a real pleasure to deal with. He was very accommodating. He helped coordinate a signing on his day off and even went out of his way to pretend that he out his credit card down to save me the last bedframe. Which I thought was cute and funny. Greg's manager was also very pleasant and easy to deal with at siging.

Excellent excellent service. Khristopher is top of his game no problems no hassle just a real sleep expert. Who knows what he's doing and an excellent salesman. I would go just to see him to get your new mattress. The newly decorated store is beautiful as well. Nice to shop in.

I recently bought a bed and mattress from Dormez vous on sources. I dealt with Philip Perodeau. Not only was his price the best but the service was much better than his competitors. He’s a honest guy who doesn’t try to oversell you things u don’t need. Highly recommend you deal with Philip at dormez vous sources .

I had a great experience with Phil at the Dormezvous DDO location. He was patient and very informative about the type of mattress that would be best suited for my needs, based on the feedback I gave him from a previously bought mattress. He was very knowledgable about the array of mattresses in both semi firm and plush available, and showed a lot of experience and understanding, based on your weight and size, what possibly would be best suited for you. I’m very happy with the mattress I have now bought. Thank you Phil for your guidance!

Very bad experience. I ordered a king mattress and after 3 months using, just aches and pains, poor sleep and sagging(1.3'').I've bought many mattresses before but none of them was like that. The funny part is they don't accept that the quality of mattress is awful.Don't try to call customer service, they just wasting your time. I'm gonna put in marketplace as a free.Never buying from them again I feel so disrespected as a first time customer.
