“My daughter’s computer had water leakage in her school bag and it left water marks inside the screen. Apple wanted to charge me minimum over $600 and up to open up the computer possibly up to half the cost of the computer! I said it was too much since the computer was still working and just the screen had some marks on one side. The girl at Apple said I shouldn’t leave it like that and that it could be dangerous for her to use it, trying to scare me into getting it done. When I said I might as well buy a new computer she recommended to buy the new Neo starting at $800!
I called Mobile Klinik in Sources Mall and spoke to Elan who told me to bring it in and he would put it in somewhere to dry out the computer for 2 hours. He opened it up and said the only way to fix it would be to change the screen but the image was not too bad so we will leave it for now, he agreed and didn’t charge me anything to do all the diagnostics. I will definitely go back if I have any issues with my other devices. Very happy with their service.”

I didn't have the tools to fix it myself, so I took it to Fix'r'Us and the man who served me immediately re-did the solder, at no charge! Thank you very much! I really appreciate it!
