Just returned the car today for a one week rental. I am a regular enterprise customer mostly for business purpose. Best services location. Always tried their best to get you a better car. Especially the front desk young lady but I forgot to ask her name. Congrats to the very young team doing such wonderful job.

I had a very good experience few days ago dealing with a representative by the name of K.L. He was very helpful, and provided me with world class service. I highly recommend them, the manager helped me out in a very difficult time, and I am indebted to his kindness.

My insurance company rented me a car from Enterprise located on boul. Saint-Jean, in Dollars des Ormeaux. I am very impressed with the service received from their staff. First they came to pick me up from Tesla Collision 10 minutes away and when returning the rental car the same thing, thank you very much. Their staff is very knowledgeable, super friendly, helpful and fast (not zombies without mice). I have rented several rental cars but I have never been served this well, thanks again to the staff at Enterprise Dollars des Ormeaux!

I can’t rave enough about my experience at this location. The level of customer service is incredible, not only do you feel like a valued customer but they go above and beyond to help you and offer you the best service possible. I have to thank Ruben the manager who always makes sure we are happy with the selection of cars offered and makes the process go as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend the St-Jean location and will gladly give them my business in the future. Thank you!

I I rented a car
And the team was tough and aggressive
The car got a lot of alarms since the first minute and they don’t have any replacement
When I got emergency I needed to travel they didn’t want to help , or do any replacements
Worst car rental ever
I needed to travel to the states and car got more alarms
I went to enterprise at Newark airport as per enterprise st-Jean advise to replace the Faulty alarmed rental SUV and I have waited for 3 hours as per (Jason) as they mentioned, finally a lady came with aggressive tone saying I can’t use any car to be back to canada only minivan or sedan and no replacement after the said wait to give you replacement
They had too many minivans as per in the pictures just returned they refuse to fulfill or refuse to honer their promise to give minivans to go back Canada
They were brushing me off and very aggressive and told us the only thing we can take tinny electric car!!!!!
They gave me the run around and basically they said they can do anything
Dear all
My advise don’t recant from enterprise
After 3 hours waiting enterprise mentioned they don’t have cars
However there a lot of cars as shown in pictures
They called me and send me a primer SUV to my home and fix everything

i had my car fixed after and accident and repair time 5 weeks .so insurance told me about this enterprise location and im so glad to know this enterprise location . very proffessional and offered me everything possible to make my experience easier . from car pickup untill car drop off .easy transaction and if ever i need to rent a car its only one place enterprise to have a nice car and a Quality of service . thanks

Just want to give a big thanks to John Babaroutsis and Ruben Leger at Enterprise on St-jean Blvd in DDO. They treated me like a valued customer from start to finish and made renting a vehicle a trouble-free experience. They have plenty of new and clean vehicles that are sure to please any customer. Good service, friendly, helpful, polite,nice car, clean. Reasonable price.John B is a super nice guy, Ruben Leger, the manager was present, to make sure everything was in order. My experience was great, which is more than I can say about the garage and the insurance company that I had to deal with.
