  Saw an employee come out to scream abusively at a woman that was having a hard time figuring out the car wash. He stormed back inside without helping her. There was a huge lineup and we had to wait a very long time. Unfortunate. You should not treat customers so poorly.

  Gas pump froze when trying to prepay.
  Employee working there was extremely unhelpful and kept giving me attitude as if it made him feel special. 🙄
  5 days later the money is still not back in my card, has never taken so long before.
  
  Never going there again and won't be back at an Esso gas station either.

  Rude staff ( guy working today may 3rd at 4:10 pm) - on his cell when serving customer, not even making an effort to use “Bonjour” to greet customer.. it’s okay I switched to english.. issue with my gift card, he lied that I will see it as “refused” on my receipt to get ride of me… it says “manager” on my receipt, I hope not for the sake of the shop longevity…

  I only occasionally go here. Closest gas station nearby for me. Always the worst cashiers you will find. They never let me down on that point.

  Tried 2 pumps, both card prepayment machines would not work! Went across the street to Shell, in and out in 3 mins!This is the second Esso I've had issues trying to prepay at the pump! I'm done
