I had a wonderful experience at Fix Auto! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. The technicians who worked on my car did an amazing job, the quality of their work truly exceeded my expectations. My car looks fantastic, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free.
Thank you to the entire team at Fix Auto for the excellent service! Highly recommended.

This must be the worst auto repair shop !!!
Went there for repairs and went back 3 Times for unprofessional work!!
Lines didn’t line up , painted footsteps , alignment of stirring wheel not adjusted properly !!
But yet call me and tell me your vehicle is ready ,,,, what a joke !
Best part my vehicle is still not on point and they decided to send me somewhere else!
Not only are they terrible but incapable to finish the job they started!!
Stay away from auto fix des sources!!!

The lady at the reception is disrespectful, she lacks of courtesy.
By the opposite, the estimators are nice people but just knowing that you have to deal with that lady when you arrive makes the whole experience a disaster.
They didn’t find my spare part but nobody called me to cancel the appointment. They made me waste my time

Get ready, buckle your seatbelts.
First off, for people thinking of using this repair shop, look at the last 5 star review (3 years ago) and that says it all.
We were in an accident, and Jeep had instructed us to take it to Fix Auto. In the beginning all seemed fine, estimation was done quickly and repairs were supposed to start very promptly. Then we get the message that they ordered the wrong parts, need more time, etc. It took 70 days from the day of the accident to recieve the car ''fully fixed'' and no problems at all.
When I recieved the car, the turn signals and DRL had become halogen, not stayed LED's. One headlight didn't work, while the other was clearly broken and leaked water. The bonnet was so misaligned, it would not open without force. They forgot to polish a few spots. Alignement of parts in general was done by a 2 year old. The worst one of all, the headlights were so badly placed that I would blind all drivers with the one working light as it was aimed too high.
I go back, tell them the following, and they proceed to repair the car, but once again, wrong. Remember, one headlight working, one no. They switched them to the WRONG model. Most small issues were repaired, however a error light now pops up on the dash which clearly is not there fault (insert sarcasm). In addition, the headlights are once again so misaligned that you can literally tell in the daylight.
After a lot of come and go, problems with the rental car payment (that they should have solved), the loaner from their garage that barely works even if its a 2022 (again just goes to show the quality of the repair shop), 2 more visits for them to fix the car, and a whole lot of headache, I have finally recieved a car after a total addition of 84 days at the repair shop (and a lot of pressure on Jeep themselves to fix the problems).
THE WORST PART:
Not a single sorry. Jana the receptionnist is the most incompetent and gaslighting person I have ever met. This woman would rather tell you that your file is becoming too thick (meaning too many papers) instead of literally just apoligizing. She yelled at my sister when she was confronted after the first bad repair as apparently we rushed them to fix the car.
Most of the staff have the same attitude like one of the ignorant young repair men who wanted to prove to me that I'm an idiot who doesn't know how to use the unfunctionning screen in their rental car and explain to me how to turn on a car without keyless entry. This happened like 2 minutes after I explained the fault codes and model of headlights that he needs to order.
In addition, half the staff goes on vacation half the time. Completely fine, take a break. BUT COMMUNICATE. I had to re-explain the problems at least to 3-4 directors of whatever as the other one had left for vacation and forgot to write down the repairs (an absurd reason to justify all the bad repairs).
ALL IN ALL, DO NOT CONSIDER THIS REPAIR SHOP. They are so bad that our insurance and many others have started black listing them as they are too incompetent. Get better staff, become more understanding, and at least try. You literally switched out a working headlight that had water in it, to the wrong model. It doesn't take an idiot to figure that one out!
Good luck to anyone who dares coming here in the near future!

Should have read these reviews before allowing my insurance company use fix auto DDO for the repairs to my accident .
When I got my car back it had a variety of unfinished repairs .
when I picked up my car it had an almost flat tire . Turns out there were 2 screws in it from their garage floor .
It did not pass Intact inspection because My windshield wiper spritzer wasn’t working and was returned to be fixed
In addition to the above my high bean light had an electrical problem . Intact told them it was part of the claim and to repair it however they now refuse to repair the light claiming it was a previous accident .
Always read the reviews of companies before you actualy use their services .
Had I done that I wouldn’t have had to go through the aggravation I did with Fix Auto DDO .

I left my vehicle on May 31, 2024 with damage to the left front fender and front bumper. Fix auto carried out the repairs in 2 weeks. They did not do quality control and the front bumper was poorly attached (missing clip). As I walked around the vehicle, I noticed 2 new scratches on the right rear of the vehicle. These scratches were not present when the vehicle was dropped off on May 31. The bodybuilder refused to take responsibility for the damage done to the vehicle while it was parked. I find myself with a damaged vehicle after going to the body shop. A shame!

Those guys are good in repairs, not very good nor excellent. If you lose anything from your car, they never saw it
