Had a great experience at OK Tire DDO last week. I brought my car in after hearing some weird noises, and the mechanic quickly discovered that all my brakes were at the end of their life. I had a feeling they were due, and I’m glad they caught it before it caused any major damage. Nick took the time to show me exactly what was wrong and made sure I was comfortable with the work being done. Fair pricing, great communication, and quick and quality work. I'm braking better than ever, with no noises at all! Highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

I had done a wheel alignment on my truck with a lift , they squeezed me in for a same day appointment which was awesome. The two people in the front were super kind and helpful, and the work was done perfectly.

I had an appointment for an oil change and to check my brakes. I got there 5 minutes before my appointment. I was the only customer inside. The blonde lady, I think her name is Catherine totally ignored me: She proceeded to grab her clipboard and made a call to a customer to advise her car was ready. So, I thought ok she’ll address after she hangs up. But no, she didn’t even look up or acknowledge that I was there. She just proceeded to make another call. I just left and went somewhere else. I have no problem waiting a bit, but at least acknowledge that I’m there. It was obvious that she just didn’t care about her customers. If the welcoming is any indication of the quality of work they do there, I’d certainly avoid going there

Very bad customer service, I told the guy that my tire needs a patch, and he said I don't have time for that.
He didn't offer an appointment or anything, just he doesn't have time

Did a pretty good job of seasonal tire swap and alignment. Very expensive compared to Costco or Canadian tire though.

I am a customer for more than 5 years, Everything was fine regarding the technical service until a blonde lady appeared, she is rude by phone and aggressive and disrespectful in person. In my opinion this lady should not work in customer service, definitely not her vocation. I do not return to that garage, basically due to the lack of customer service by that lady.

The worst and most unprofessional garage in Montreal. The « manager » is rude, not trying to help and doesn’t care about what you have to say. DO NOT GO TO THIS GARAGE!
