Pharmacist sucked messed up but tried to make it my fault then messed up again just to blow it off go to different pharmacy this place is not worth the time

Last Saturday I bought 15 rides for my UPOS CARD. There were separate bills for the 10 rides which is 32.50 dollars plus another 2 rides 7 dollars plus 2 rides 7 dollars and 1 ride for 3.75 total amount was 50 dollars. Now I took a ride in the bus I was shocked it said 9 billet left so that means Jean Couto gave me only 10rides!!!!! I went in there just now and told them what happened and why maybe the cashier entered only 10 rides but i paid for 15 rides!!!! and then they just told me to go to BERRI UQAM to ask why my 5 rides didnt appear in my card???????? You guys want me to take a time off from work and spend 2rides so i could get my 3 rides that your cashier didnt enter!!! Do the math! Is it worth it?????? why would you sell them and you cannot answer me why I am missing my 5 rides which I paid for. You let the cashier recheck it before handing back the card if you entered the correct rides. I shoudnt be the one paying for your mistake I am pregnant ( I went through IVF) and I dont want to lose my baby of travelling far because of the weather I wont be able to go to BERRI UQAM.

If I could give 0 stars and report an employee, I absolutely would. I have been coming here for years for medication. Today, I started having a cold, and I came to pick up medication, and I left feeling highly belittled. While I was walking around, I found a sweater, and it was labelled 9.99$. I was super excited cause it was cute and a great deal! When I got to the cash, the lady scanned it, and it scanned at 49.99$. I asked her to check, and she then called her manager. While waiting, she then begins removing the 9.99$ label!According to the consumer protection laws imposed by the QC government, “si le prix enregistrer à la caisse est plus élevé, que le prix annoncé, le plus bas prix prévaut et si cette erreur porte sur une article don't le prix est de plus de 10$ le commerçant corrige le prix et doit vous consentir un rabais de 10$ sur le prix corrigé de l’article.” The manager, I believe his name is *edited, removed name. I don't want him to get in trouble, but please take note*. He was very condescending and tried to say that I put the sticker on when I would never do anything of the sort. I am highly insulted that they would insinuate that. Check your cameras before accusing innocent people!!! I was walking away because I knew it was pointless and not worth bickering over when the manager decided to stop me so he could make a rude comment. Then I told him that I work too and have worked in retail and understand it sucks when these things happen cause usually, it's a customer or trainee, but the law is the law. He replied, “On va ce le dire j’ai travailler quelque année de plus que toi et je connais mieux la loi” and began telling me how I didn’t know what I was talking about and even began debating with my mother, who had nothing to do with this situation! I was very bothered and disappointed by how this manager treated me, and there was no reason to be so rude. We are in 2023, and you can't just treat younger people as lesser than you. In the past, he has been nice, but that said, just cause you're having a bad day, it doesn’t mean you should treat people like they’re below you!

Two weeks ago I received a call from the pharmacy saying that my credit card didn't work. Went to the store and number was checked 3 or 4 times, entered manually by the cashier and nothing worked until I put the card in the key pad. All good. Today, two weeks later I get another call with the same problem. Go again and it was checked again but still not working. So I passed it on the key pad again without problems. The nice young man asked to check it again with their records. Low and behold there was a mistake, which was overlooked at least 5 times. Now it's fixed and should work.How hard is it to double and triple check for accuracy. Hopefully they don't do that on our prescriptions.

Small but it has everything (not too many variety though): the pharmacy, a small grocery section (dry food), baby section, toys and school supplies, cosmetics, cleaning and hygiene products, and a post office. The young cashier, Jessica, was the friendliest cashier I've ever met. At 6-7pm she was still all smiley and very curteous.

They don't deliver on a Friday before a holiday on Monday ..and they don't even tell you .unless you call to ask about your order.. completely inept organation way to go, guys

Awful experience and disrespectful attitude! I purchased a moisturizer from the cosmetics section on January 25, 2022 and suffered a horrible reaction. I brought the product back, hoping to return it. When I explained to them about my situation, and showed the cosmetician who sold the product to me my clearly reddened cheek, they said that they didn't see anything and spoke loudly to me that they did not accept opened products and that I had to go online and request a return from the brand company. I respect their policy, but when I asked if they could show me how to proceed to return it with the brand they quickly refused. They did not, at all, make any attempt or effort to help me. I did not appreciate the dismissive attitude and asked for her name for which she quickly covered her tag with her hair and then her hand saying that I did not need to know her name. I felt very disrespected by their overall attitude and wrote a letter to their director Mr. Sylvain explaining the whole experience and was hoping for an explanation, maybe even an apology. It has been over a month since he has received my letter and I still haven't heard from him. Very very disappointed.
