ROC is a great gym! The trainers are very nice and welcoming and the trainings are efficient and not too long! I also love the moms I met there (the noon team) Huge bonus; kids of all ages are welcomed.

Been training with the owner for a few months and I'm satisfied with the results. I feel lucky to have him as my personal trainer. He takes the time to hear about your goals and keep track of your progress. Really awesome guy. Highly recommended if you want to see positive changes to your body.
