Express SAQ. Open til 10. Open Sundays too but closes earlier. Small selection of higher grade wines but carries the average bottles. Most white wines are refrigerated. Small selection of liquor..

It's a small but very quaint saq, the staff is always super friendly and they have a decent selection despite it being an express location. It's open until 10pm every day.

Walked in and asked a question to the staff. 4 staff and store has 2-3 customers but the staff is too busy to talk instead of answering questions and doing their jobs. Unfortunately pretty common in most places now. It’s almost like it’s the customer is inconveniencing them by asking a question. Ouf.

I have always found SAQ employees to be so educated on wine when asked for a recommendation. Last night not only was the gentleman working there nonchalant but he made the worse recommendations and knew nothing about his wine. He doesn’t represent properly the image of SAQ.
