Great service in the morning, while the doors are locked and the employees refuses to open and just goes back to sleep.

Just went to this shell on blue haven and i had a 9cent coupon which was not applied to the bill …. The cashier said there was nothing he can do … nor would he give back the coupon -horrible dishonest service … stay away

The Hydrajet carwash is FAR inferior to the one on Henri Bourassa (near the 13).... lacking in the undercarriage rinse, chemical dispensing, to the airdrying.... left the car still filthy on some areas.
Also, the 2 pumps that i tried were: a) unresponsive to pumping fuel, and 2) the option to purchase the car wash was missing...had to walk in to the cashier.
Finally, the car wash code entry was non functional, so i waited nearly 10 minutes just for that part to get resolved.

The service attitude in the morning is really bad always looking at their phone and talking on the phone. When you try to buy something, they look unwilling and seem very impatient.

Staff is rude and disrespectful. The toilet and facilities are not maintained at all, they claim the toilet is clogged for the past 2 months and don’t bother fixing anything.

I went in just to buy a car wash. The man at the cache would not let up about the special he was having. Even after four times I refused he kept asking me to buy their promotional card. When I finally did do the car wash I spent $20 and I came out of the car wash with dirty Windows and dirty sides. All the car wash did was pour soap on my car and then rinse it off. Unimpressed

worst place, unable to speak French and barely in English.. in addition to charging the wrong prices for what is displayed.. go elsewhere..
The manager prefers to have his cracking smile and laugh at the customers than to do his job... never a bill at the pump service that is more than bad!

Always has intact squeegees and window wiper fluid near pumps to clean your windows. Esso on St Jean often doesn't!

Bad gas machines, no service on them, you can't read messages on the screen. You press for regular , it confirm the super, just to get more money from your pocket. Lousy administration. Will inform Shell head office.Also the cycles of car wash are shortened and almost worthless, will go another place.

Assistance was good, very busy when I was there. Used a gift card to pay for a car wash and it was effortless and easy. Will use the car wash again
