I had a great experience ordering from Shoe Freaks for the first time. The sales are great, the website is easily navigated and customer service is amazing. I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality of the shoes themselves. With the sale prices I got, I wasn't sure what to expect. I ordered stilettos and they are probably the comfiest heels I own now. I got the wrong size in one of them and Jennifer helped make my exchange go incredibly smoothly and was very prompt at getting back to me. Because of her great work, Shoe Freaks has gained a customer for life! I will definitely be ordering more in the future and recommending the website to my fellow shoe fanatics. Thanks again Jennifer!

I placed an order late at night and I made a mistake in my delivery address. I was really stressed that I wouldn’t be able to fix this problem before my package got sent out as it was after hours on Boxing Day . I emailed customer support immediately (10:30pm). The next day I received a response and the appropriate changes were made to my order before 6:30 am. Jennifer was very kind efficient and helpful. Overall the easiest and best customer support experience.

Fast and efficient delivery, everything arrives in less than a week and without any issues. I absolutely love this website for alternative shoes like Demonia, which are typically hard to get where I live. Never had any trouble with the service or website! I can't recommend enough!

Bought shoes for my wife at Shoefreaks but had serious issues with the return exchange process.
At first the customer service was slow to reply over a week then when they did reply they kept offering instead for us to take a shoefreaks credit vs a refund? Plus the refund process was very convoluted and would charge a 20% restocking fee??
I couldn't help but feel like customer service was purposely slowing the process down so we would be too late for the refund exchange window.
We decided to do exchange instead which took forever over 3 months AND STILL cost over $50 dollars for the return shipping!!!
Edit: although I somewhat appreciate the response from Shoefreaks it's very odd they are willing to cooperate now for the benefit google review optics vs when we actually needed help and use the wrong store mistaken identity excuse to feign innocence when they are pretty much the only Shoefreaks store in existence? Never doing business with Shoefreaks again

Always happy to receive my purchases. I can expect to receive my package and to be happy about the quality and price ratio. The pleaser shoes, flapper shoes, fishnet stockings, thigh high stay ups, all did not disappoint. So happy about this site.
