“We had an amazing experience here today! First of all, my daughter found 2 sets of the books that were recommended to her by her schoolLibrarian. Then we were told the children’s books were half off. We bought a total of 40 books. The ladies working there were extremely nice and patient. Finally, when we were walking to the car, a nice gentleman offered us a book for free and said that it would help my daughter who wants to be a vet when she grows up. We will definitely come back again when we finish reading this whole batch. We are extremely touched by the staff there! What a wonderful experience!”

“I visited the ecodepot for the first time today, and not only did I find exactly what I was looking for, but also received exceptional customer service from the only employee working, Andrew! He was helpful, informative, and working very hard as he was the only person on staff on a busy Saturday evening. The only concern I have is that there should definitely have been more staff members on the floor, because busy Andrew was running around like crazy accommodating all of the customers. Honestly, it seemed a bit unfair, because Andrew should have been receiving double his hourly wage for how much he was handling.”
