I worked with Morgan to select and customize an exterior door to my backyard. The selection and choices available at Timberline are incredible and having someone of Morgan’s experience and expertise made the entire process delightful. Superb service, communication, product and installation. I highly recommend this family-run company for your window and door needs. The fact that salesman Kevin called me back within an hour of requesting an evaluation online was a great start. My experience up until then with other companies was no call-back. We have had so many compliments on our new windows and doors, especially the bright yellow front door. It exudes happiness! I will be using Timberline again for part two of my renovation process. Call Timberline if you want to avoid mansplaining, theatrics, hard sell, misinformation and general dubious sales practices. I had the absolute best experience with Kevin and his team. Anyone looking to replace windows and doors, go with Timberline! I just had 8 windows, 1 Bay Window, 2 Sliding doors and 1 front entrance door replaced and it was the best experience with the best service! Seriously, zero complaints! Kevin and his team were very responsive from quote to installation!
Pricing was fair too!
Installation was done all in one day! I was shocked! Thank you Timberline, everything looks amazing! 5 star rating, hands down!

I had one of the best customer-service experiences I ever had with Kevin at Timberline doors and windows. We had a somewhat lengthy process to replace all the windows on our house, which started in November 2024 after receiving multiple quotes from about seven different companies in the Montreal area. We decided to go with Timberline because they had great reviews, one of the best prices among similar quotes we received, and also because they had by far the best communication among anyone else. Kevin always replied to any enquiry we had within 24 hours (often much quicker) and took the time on several occasions to answer our questions, send us revised quotes, etc. We had a somewhat complicated situation to navigate in order to obtain a permit from the city as we are located in a heritage site, and once again Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. Finally when the windows were ready to be installed in May, the process went great, they got it all done (10 windows) in two days, arriving on time and cleaning up after themselves properly. Also the windows look great, function well, and from what I can tell were installed perfectly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get new windows and doors.
