“They are new to U-Haul rentals, so you have to be a little understanding when you go to pick up the truck, Louise does her best! I had impeccable service from Hugo who took the time to help me and inform me and who respects the rules of U-Haul (deposit of $100) can pay cash/credit/debit... very different from many other u-haul rental placeswhich requires deposits of $1000 and only takes credit cards.Thank you and I will do business with you again without hesitation!”
“Hello everyone! All I have to say is great customer service!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The employee at the counter was just amazing ? !!! I went there to rent a truck on the day of my move and was very worried that there wouldn't be able to find any trucks available. The employee reassured me and I was able to calm down after a very disgusting experience I had with discount in Chateauguay. I was able to have an estimate of how much it would cost me and even with the extra charge (little over 6 hours) cost me less than 100$!!! I highly recommend renting from U-HAUL!!!”
