I went there to rent a truck on the day of my move and was very worried that there wouldn't be able to find any trucks available. The employee reassured me and I was able to calm down after a very disgusting experience I had with discount in Chateauguay. I was able to have an estimate of how much it would cost me and even with the extra charge (little over 6 hours) cost me less than 100$!!! I highly recommend renting from U-HAUL!!!”

Before hitting the road with a 10' truck and car hauler, the guy responsible of preping the vehicles took the time to clean the mirrors and check the tire pressure since the dash was reporting a tire pressure issue. Turned out being a false alarm, broken sensor.”

“We moved four U-Boxes from BC to Montreal. The original destination was U-Haul Moving & Storage in Dollard des Ormeaux, but somehow, they ended up at the larger U-Haul in Laval, which is much further away from our new home. After discussing the situation with Shannon, the Manager, she arranged for our U-Boxes to be delivered to the DDO location less than 48 hours later. Thanks to Shannon’s help, unloading and moving our belongings into our new place was much easier.
From receiving our U-Boxes to arranging for a storage locker, Shannon and the entire team at U-Haul DDO have been great. We highly recommend them for your moving and storage needs.”
